Users also have the option to install cloud-based Evernote and add as a ScanJOB profile within the CaptureOnTouch software. This allows information to be quickly uploaded to the web, from where it can be conveniently accessed anywhere.

Canon’s CaptureOnTouch software and included applications, such as BizCard Reader, let users scan and import business cards directly into their contacts file; while PageManager enables better filing, management and retrieval of electronic files.
